① Simple structure
The structure of longspan shelving is similar as selective pallet racking, mainly consisting of frame, step beam and metal panel. The main difference is that the latter is for pallet storage operated by forklift, while the former is generally for carton/box/tote or bulk cargoes storage handled by manual.

Frame is made from upright, H bracing, D bracing and footplate. Upright section size is 55*57*1.5mm or 55*57*2.0mm thickness.

Longspan shelving can be extended the application as high bay and narrow aisle shelving, which is a good solution of enlarging storage capacity while not extending warehouse area, by utilizing warehouse high space adequately. The shelving can be designed like 4m or 5m high, with narrow aisle like 1m width. By paving guide rail, people can drive lift-up truck in the aisle safely, and pick up high level cargoes by manual easily.
